Barbara Penny, broker sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Metuchen/Edison, will sponsor the 13th Annual Tower Area Garage Sale in North Edison on June 4 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a rain date of June 5. The event will include more than 35 homes, each hosting an individual garage sale. All participating homes are bordered by Grove Avenue, Route 27, and Calvert and Christie streets.

The event will be easily identifiable by blue and white balloons and directional signs beginning on Route 27 and Grove Avenue.
A resident of Edison Tower and active member of her community, Penny established this annual event in 2003. She is a member of the Metuchen Golf and Country Club, Metuchen Chamber of Commerce, the BNI Networking Group and the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). A real estate professional with more than 40 years of experience, Penny has received several honors throughout her career.
