EDISON — Bussel Realty Corporation (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced it has arranged the purchase of 12 acres of land, located at 928 Elizabeth Ave. in Franklin Township.
BRC Senior Vice Presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio represented the buyer, 928 Holdings LLC, which purchased the property for $1.2 million. The seller, DiIonio F. Porchetta V.A., was represented by David Thomas of Blau & Berg.
“Our buyer saw the commercial value of developing the land for industrial real estate purposes as it’s zoned light industrial and ideal for this use,” noted Nozza. “The site is in close proximity to I-287, which is several miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island.”
