The annual Run With The Vikings 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will be held Nov. 6, rain or shine, throughout South Brunswick.
The 1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 9:30 a.m.., followed by the 5K at 10 a.m. and the Kiddie Dash at 11 a.m.
Awards will be given to the top male and female runners of the 5K and the top 3 in the 1 Mile Run. Awards will vary per age group.
There will also be a Fittest Family Award, which will be presented to the three family members with the lowest cumulative time. Family members can run together or separate, all that matters is their combined time for the team.
The fee is $25 general admission for the 5K before Oct. 25, or $20 for USATF members. The fee is $30 on race day for all.
The fee is $20 for the Fun Run, or $12 for children under 10.
The Kiddie Dash is free, or $10 for a t-shirt.
Proceeds benefit he Viking Athletic Club for athletic scholarships at South Brunswick High School.
