The South Brunswick Library will hold a hands-on workshop on how to make pierogies at noon on Dec. 14 or at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 15 at the library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction.
Tasting and recipe will be included for Grandma Talan’s Ukranian homemade potato and cheese pierogies.
Registration is required. A fee of $5 per person per class is payable in advance at the time of registration at the information desk.
