Edison Applebee’s celebrates its grand re-opening

Edison dignitaries and first responders joined Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar to celebrate the grand re-opening of its newly remodeled Edison restaurant, located in Edison Crossroads, 1045 US-1, Edison, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec. 14.

Owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises, the updated Applebee’s features a community-themed look that focuses on education, non-profit organizations and first responders in the Edison area, with wall decor consisting of photos from local high schools and youth sports programs, emergency responders and community groups.

The restaurant boasts new furniture, décor, lighting and signage throughout, along with a new bar top featuring 16 tap handles to serve a variety of beers ranging from neighborhood favorites to craft beers. Its façade also received a face-lift with all new window awnings, new LED wall sconces, updated entry, new logos and a repainted tower for a clean, contemporary feel.
