The South Brunswick Library will be closed to the public on May 12 for new carpet installation, courtesy of the South Brunswick Public Library Foundation.
While the building will be closed, visitors may instead stop at the Bookmobile, which will be available from 1- 5:30 p.m. in the library parking lot, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction. Though a smaller venue, the Bookmobile has its own magazine, movie and book collections for all ages.
Any reserve/hold items waiting for pickup can be put on the Bookmobile for Friday by calling the Borrower Services Desk on May 11 at 732-329-4000, ext. 7290.
Anyone wishing to return items can drop them in the book return at the library or at any of the drop boxes around town.
Online collections, including digital services such as Zinio and Hoopla, are available 24/7 at www.sbpl.info
The library will be open again for regular hours over the weekend.
