The Township of North Brunswick banded together to raise funds and collect items for those affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. More than $5,700 in cash and gift cards and hundreds of donations were collected on Sept. 11 in front of the North Brunswick Municipal Building. Hermann Transportation, which has locations in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick and in Houston, will deliver the items.
