South Brunswick Parent Academy will host its Social Media Symposium II from 9 a.m. to noon on Dec. 9 at Crossroads Middle School North, 635 Georges Road, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
Parents will learn the realities of cyber safety, parenting with and without technology and children’s views on social media. Students will learn the pros and cons of social media, how to unplug and real life scenarios.
Presented by administrators, staff and students from the South Brunswick School District, as well as the South Brunswick Police Department.
Complimentary breakfast will accompany registration from 8:30-9 a.m.
Childcare will be provided for children 3 and older.
