Acorn Glen will host a lecture on how to safely hire contractors, drivers, home helpers, housekeepers and handymen, including how to check insurance policies to make sure workers are covered, at 12:30 p.m. on May 8 at the South Brunswick Senior Center, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
Maurice Mahler, artist and historian, will speak about artist Mary Cassatt at 12:30 p.m. on May 18.
“The Power of the Subconscious Mind” will be held at 12:15 p.m. May 31 with Shabnam Satyarthi, certified hypnocounselor, who is internationally licensed by the International Hypnosis Federation.
Programs are for South Brunswick residents age 55 and older.
