South Brunswick to hold National Night Out on Aug. 7

The South Brunswick Police Department will celebrate its 35th annual National Night Out event from 6-9 p.m. on Aug. 7 at Rowland Park on Broadway Road near Rowland Road, South Brunswick.

The 2018 event will have carnival rides and attractions for children, with games and prizes for children and adults alike. Free hot dogs, soda, chips, ice cream and popcorn will be available. Displays from the township police and fire departments, first aid squads and more will be present.

The South Brunswick Township Municipal Alliance will once again sponsor its Community Unity Pavilion with displays from many local community-oriented organizations.

People attending are encouraged to carpool to the event.
