Police seek information on armed robbery at Buttonwood Court apartment

SOUTH BRUNSWICK – Three armed men reportedly entered an apartment on Buttonwood Court on Aug. 25, confronting the occupants of the residence.

Around 12:45 a.m., three males entered an unlocked apartment, armed with a handgun, according to information provided by the South Brunswick Police Department. There was a struggle between the suspects and the occupants after the men reportedly demanded cash, and one suspect allegedly fired a single round into the floor, according to police. The actors fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash, according to the statement. There were no injuries in the incident.
