D’s Kitchen Lab offers a different topic each month. Registration required and a $5 materials fee. Learn by hands on and demonstration.
Learn how to make fresh ricotta cheese from scratch at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 14 and at noon on Feb. 15. Then try cannoli with homemade ricotta filling. Recipes and tasting included. Registration required. A $5 fee per person due in advance at time of registration at the Information Services Desk in the Library.
Note: Kitchen Lab registration fees are no longer refundable for any reason. Waiver must be signed in class. Open to adults ages 18 and up only.
