Frappe Joe’s Coffee has signed a long-term lease for 1,200 square feet at the Colonial Village Shopping Center, located at Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison. The center’s leasing and managing agency is Weiss Realty.
Frappe Joe’s, which is replacing Starbucks Coffee after it relocated to a drive-thru on Route 27, plans to open this summer.
Frappe Joe’s Coffee fare includes freshly made baked goods, hummus and salads in addition to locally roasted coffee and beverages.
