A 20-year-old Maspeth, N.Y., man was charged with theft April 17 for allegedly using a victim’s credit card to buy items in New York. The victim received a fraud alert from their bank on March 29. A detective identified the suspect and charged him on a complaint summons.

A 34-year-old East Windsor Township resident was charged with harassment after shooting a victim’s vehicle with paintballs, which caused the victim to lose control and strike another vehicle on Dorchester Drive April 16. The suspect was charged on a complaint summons.

A 53-year-old Freehold resident was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Freehold Borough following a motor vehicle stop for an expired vehicle registration on Route 33 on April 16. The person was processed and released.

A 43-year-old Newton, Pa., resident was charged with shoplifting April 14 for allegedly taking two cases of mangos, valued at $87.98, and leaving without paying for them from Patel Brothers on Route 571. The person was charged on a complaint summons.

A 31-year-old East Windsor Township resident was arrested on outstanding warrants from Hightstown Borough and Robbinsville Township April 13. A police officer was sent to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the Windsor Hotel parking lot on Route 33 and discovered the outstanding warrants. The person was processed and turned over to the Hightstown Police Department.

A 25-year-old East Windsor Township resident was arrested on an outstanding warrant from East Windsor Township after he was stopped by police on Route 33 and Lake Drive April 11. He was processed and released.
