‘The Green Prince’ to be shown at temple

The Sisterhood of the East Brunswick Jewish Center, will sponsor a Movie and Dessert Night featuring a screening of the documentary “The Green Prince” beginning at 8 p.m. March 6 at the synagogue.

The film, previewed at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and sold out at the 2014 Rutgers Jewish Film Festival, depicts the story of a 17-year-old son of the founding member of Hamas who emerges as one of Israel’s prized informants. The documentary features archival footage and first-person accounts.

Fee is $18. A Viennese dessert will be served.
