  • Kristen D. Avila, 30, of Newtown, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was stopped by police for weaving on Route 1 south at 12:50 a.m. Feb. 28. She was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
  • Jannayah N. Maldonado, 20, of Elizabeth, was arrested on two outstanding warrants totaling $370 from Carteret Municipal Court after the car in which she was riding was stopped by police at 2:06 a.m. Feb. 27. She was also charged with obstruction of justice and hindering apprehension for giving false information to a police officer. 
  • Festus Obanor, 59, of Hamilton Township was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Burlington City Municipal Court after he was stopped by police for not having a New Jersey inspection sticker at 10:37 a.m. Feb. 26 on Pheasant Hollow Drive. 
  • Asa Rickert, 26, of Plainsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $114 from Plainsboro Township Municipal Court after he was stopped for having an expired inspection sticker on his car at 3:44 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Princeton Meadows Shopping Center. 
