Purim services are Wednesday, March 23, and Thursday, March 24. And that means it’s time to dress up in your favorite costume. The costume parade is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, with the full service and reading of the Megillat Esther at 7:30 p.m. Bring in a box of macaroni pasta and use it as your personal Grogger, then donate it to the Ohel Avraham Kosher Food Pantry. 
Have you ever heard of Phone-A-Mitzvah? There will be a table in front of the Reader’s Table so you can use a cellphone during the M’gillah service so that those who are unable to attend physically can hear the service. 
The Purim Carnival is Sunday, March 20, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. Come for the prizes, come for the games, but definitely come for the fun. 
The Werner Lecture Fund is sponsoring an evening of Leonard Bernstein’s music. The presentation by Otten and Kownacky takes place at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 20. Admission is free. On Wednesday, March 30, at 7 p.m., the fund sponsors, “It’s More Than Matzo Balls,” with Marshall Alter. The cost is $7 a person and the class is limited to 15 people. 
Karate Kares for Pancreatic Cancer. Learn how to kick, punch and block in this class, which is a fundraiser to help find a cure for the terrible disease . It will be taught on Sunday, April 3, at 12:15 p.m. by Maya Benson, a second degree Black Belt as part of her Bat Mitzvah project. 
The Beth El Genealogy Club has two upcoming meetings. The topic Sunday, March 27, at 7:30 p.m. is using probate records to find cousins. Another meeting will be held Sunday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. on Finding Family – Dead or Alive. 

Torah and Teas with the Rabbi will be held March 28 and April 4, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
The Beth El Seniors Model Seder is Thursday, April 7, at noon.
The Book Club meets Sunday, April 10, at 9:45 a.m. 
