Sammy’s Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center, Sayreville, will hold its inaugural Charity Golf Outing May 4 at the Royce Brook Golf Club, 201 Hamilton Road, Hillsborough. The event will be the facility’s first major public fundraiser.
The day will begin with breakfast and registration at 8 a.m. Tee off is set for 9 a.m. Cocktails and lunch are planned for 2 p.m. A raffle and awards presentation will take place at 3:30 pm.

Sammy’s Hope, which opened in January 2015, is located at 1400 Main St., Sayreville, adjacent to the Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital. The facility is open to the public 4:30-7 p.m. Mondays-Fridays and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekends.
