Family time: laugh out loud and read

The Children’s Department of the North Edison Library, 777 Grove Ave., Edison, will celebrate National Humor Month with songs, activities, stories and films for children, ages 2-11, at 10:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. on April 21.
