EDISON — Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant at 561 Route 1 and Plainfield Avenue will donate 10 percent of its sales on Thursday, April 28, directly to Raritan Engine Company No. 1.
To raise additional funds, guests can purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win a variety of prizes and giveaways throughout the day, where 100 percent of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated.
