LITTLE SILVER — Sickles Market will open a second location in Red Bank in early 2018. The newest addition will occupy a 7,000-square-foot, street-level space in the Anderson Moving and Storage building on the city’s west side. Renovations to the building are scheduled to begin in 2016.

The new market will include a deli with prepared foods, a bakery, butcher shop, seafood, coffee and more.

“We are thrilled to be working with Metrovation on this project,” said Bob Sickles, a third-generation owner of the market.

“They have a proven track record as one of our country’s most innovative and visionary developers. This is smart growth for Red Bank, and it is the right time and place for Sickles Market to expand its superior products and services into downtown Red Bank. In fact, over 100 years ago Sickles Market started in the town of Red Bank. We’ve come full circle,” he said.
