Metuchen Public Library, 480 Middlesex Ave., will welcome author and cybersecurity and wireless technology expert Scott Schober on June 4 from 2-4 p.m. Schober, a highly sought-after cybersecurity specialist, has appeared on numerous national television programs including CNN, Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, Fox News, MSNBC and CNBC to name a few.

Schober will be conducting a one-hour workshop titled “How to Keep your Personal Data safe from Hackers,” followed by a reading and signing of his newly published book, “Hacked Again: It Can Happen to Anyone Even a Cybersecurity Expert”. The book shares Schober’s own story of how a successful security company owner had his personal identity hacked and how he fought back, and offers valuable tips and best practices for others to help secure their identities. Forbes Magazine praised Schober’s book, saying “How can the little guys anticipate and prepare for a potential hack? For starters they should read Schober’s book…”
