Bartley Healthcare to hold seminar about stress June 16

Bartley Healthcare welcomes the community to come join them and the Center for Healthy Aging at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, for a discussion on the causes of stress at its campus located at 175 Bartley Road, Jackson on June 16 at 5:30 p.m.

According to the American Institute of Stress, three out of four doctor’s visits are for stress-related ailments which cost the nation $300 billion dollars every year in medical bills and productivity. At this seminar we will discuss the impact that stress may potentially have on your health, and ways to combat it with practical and proven relaxation techniques. Attendees will be offered a general health and stress questionnaire to assist in determining personal stress levels.
