The Metuchen Arts Council will sponsor the Schoolhouse Songwriters Series, Summer Edition, on July 30 at The Old Franklin Schoolhouse, 491 Middlesex Ave. (Route 27), Metuchen.
The evening of music is held by Metuchen-based singer-songwriter Sharon Goldman. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; the show starts at 8 p.m. The cost is $10 ($5 for kids under 12); refreshments are included. BYOB is encouraged. Parking is available on Middlesex Avenue and in the Borough Hall parking lot across the street.
