I have been enjoying walking around and just sitting enjoying the peace and beauty of Roosevelt Park. That is, until yesterday when my husband and I looked at the lake and saw it strewn with garbage laying over the algae which had formed.
Are people too lazy or inconsiderate to walk to the garbage bins? Shame on them!
