The Indo-American Cultural Foundation of Central New Jersey will hold a celebration for the 70th anniversary of India’s independence from Britain from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Shree Swaminarayan Hindu Temple, 329 Culver Rd., Monmouth Junction.
There will be cultural and patriotic dance performances, music by DJ Darshan, food sampling and children’s activities.
