Swim and splash with a live mermaid every Monday at Runaway Rapids now through Labor Day from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Runaway Rapids Waterpark, 275 Beachway Ave., Keansburg.
Mermaids will interact with children and adults and be available for photographs. A two-hour visit to Runaway Rapids is $25.95 and a three-hour visit is $27.95. The toddler rate (up to 42 inches tall) is $12.95.
Runaway Rapids has over 18 slides, a toddler play area, warming pools, a lazy river and more.
