The Edison Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Food Truck Festival from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Aug. 20 at Papaianni Park at the Municipal Hall complex, off Route 27, Edison.
The festival will feature a wide variety of food trucks specializing in dishes such as waffles, tacos, cupcakes, empanadas, cheesesteaks and kebabs.
In addition to the food trucks, the festival will feature craft beers, wine, music throughout the day and family activities including face painters, artists and retailers.
Edison’s own Cypress Brewery, a new start-up off Mill Road and an Edison Chamber of Commerce member, will be one of several craft brewers on hand to introduce its specialized beers.
