Mayor Owen Henry and the Old Bridge Township Council will hold a Sept. 11 Memorial Service at 6 p.m. on Sept. 11 at the Sept. 11 Memorial Site, which is located at the Municipal Complex, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, at the corner of Route 516 and Cottrell Road, Old Bridge.
