Crest Physical Therapy provides comprehensive rehabilitative therapy and exercise programs for all age groups. The Crest program is unique because of the therapists’ hands-on approach tailored to each patient’s individual set of circumstances. Treatment focuses on manual therapy for the patient with the therapist providing hands-on soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques, as well as, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, aquatic therapy and the appropriate modalities.

Crest Physical Therapy is fortunate to have Rob Rosa, P.T., D.P.T. as the director of Physical Therapy at the Crest Hazlet office. Rosa is a New Jersey and California licensed physical therapist with 12 years of professional experience. He received a master of physical therapy degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2000 and returned to Stockton for his doctor of physical therapy degree, which he completed in 2009. Rosa’s experience spans a broad range of settings from school-based therapy to working with professional athletes recovering from spinal cord injuries. He feels his success as a manual-based physical therapist has hinged upon his recognition that each person is unique, and while patients may present with the same diagnosis, their treatment plan must be specifically designed to suit their individual needs.
