Senior Center plans activities for resident members

Members of the South Brunswick Senior Center are invited to the following programs in September:

Movies will be shown at 12:30 p.m. Thursdays. “Hello My Name is Doris” is set for Sept. 1, while the latest Bollywood release will be shown Sept. 13 and “The Huntsman’s Winter War” is planned for Sept. 27.

Coloring For Adults will continue at 12:15 p.m., Sept. 16.

The “Voices of Legends” show featuring Eric Kearns will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 29. Kearns’ act includes vocal impersonations from popular 1920s-70s artists such as Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin, Paul Anka, Sammy Davis Jr., Johnny Mathis, Bobby Vinton and Perry Como. Sign-up is required.

A Senior Resource Fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 8. The fair will feature a variety of vendors who will provide essential information on topics such as assisted living, home care, financial planning, car safety, decluttering, health and more.

All events will be held at the Office on Aging, South Brunswick Senior Center, in the Municipal Complex, Route 522, Monmouth Junction.
