Foster won Tony Awards for her leading roles in “Anything Goes” and “Thoroughly Modern Millie.” She has also earned two Drama Desk Awards and three Outer Critics Circle Awards for her stage work in New York.

In addition to Foster’s Broadway career, she currently stars as Liza Miller in TVLand’s “Younger,” created by Darren Star, starting its third season this year. She was first seen on television on “Star Search” at age 15 and has also appeared in “Bunheads,” “Psych,” “Johnny and the Sprites,” “Flight of the Conchords,” “Sesame Street,” “Law and Order SVU” and “Royal Pains.”

As a solo artist, Sutton has performed all over the country as well as internationally with her musical director Michael Rafter. At APAC, Foster will perform songs from her first solo recording “Wish” as well as her Café Carlyle cabaret “An Evening with Sutton Foster.”

“It’s wonderful for us to be hosting one of Broadway’s most talented leading ladies at the Axelrod. We believe that Sutton Foster’s appearance here sends a clear signal to our community that they can come to the Axelrod to see top talent in our intimate 500-seat house,” said APAC Artistic Director Andrew DePrisco.

Tickets range from $95-$180 per person. Call the box office at 732-531-9106, ext. 14 or visit www.axelrodartscenter.com. APAC provides ample, free parking and is completely handicap-accessible. Hearing assistive devices are also available.
