Middlesex 4-H plans Oct. 2 open house

The Middlesex County 4-H Open House is scheduled for 1-4 p.m. Oct. 2 at the 4-H Youth Center, 645 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

There are more than 30 4-H clubs within the county. The clubs focus on citizenship, healthy living, science, engineering and technology programs, in addition to agriculture.

Guests at the event will have the opportunity to learn about the clubs, meet 4-H members and volunteer leaders and observe animals and dance demonstrations.
