Navratri Garba will be celebrated in South Brunswick

The Indo-American Cultural Foundation of Central Jersey (IACFNJ) will hold five days of Navratri Garba in South Brunswick on Oct. 1, 7, 8, 14 and 15 from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Crossroads South Middle School, 195 Major Rd., Monmouth Junction.

Mahesh Mehta and his talented artists from Bollywood and local singers and musicians of Entertainment Unlimited will rock the stage with famous old and new live singing of traditional garbas, dandiya, famous sanedo and bhangaras.

The center stage will be decorated with Goddess Amba Maa’s statue in a temple setting.

The cafeteria will have food stalls of traditional Indian delicacies as well as other local vendors with various clothing, jewelry and traditional items booths.
