Free public seminar to address educational rights of the disabled

The New Jersey State Bar Foundation will address the educational needs and rights of students with disabilities and their parents at a free seminar from 7-9 p.m. on Nov. 14 at the New Jersey Law Center, 1 Constitution Square, off Ryders Lane, New Brunswick.

The seminar will cover topics such as The Child Study Team and the Individual Education Plan, steps to resolve disputes and independent evaluations. Questions will be taken from the audience after the presentations.

Parents, school administrators, teachers and the general public are invited to attend. Admission is free but registration is required.
