Brenna Haff of Monroe will take part in Octoberfest at the Monroe Community Center from noon to 4 p.m. on Oct. 16 at 120 Monmouth Rd., Monroe.
Her booth will have coloring for kids, a donation jar, information booklets from the organization Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers and fliers to bring awareness to dogs that can be trained for seizure alert, diabetic alert, PTSD and autism.

Since Brenna herself suffers from seizures, she is trying to raise the $25,000 necessary for training a service dog.
