The Century 21 Burke Realty office is promoting Luxury Townhouses by Pulte in North Brunswick. The Heights at Main Street, a four-story luxury townhouse complex in North Brunswick’s new transit village.

John H. Burke, Broker and Owner of the independently owned and operated franchise, said the Pulte Homes Marketing Department liked the location of the century 21 office on Route 1 as an ideal place to bring attention to the new homes.

In accordance, Burke said the agency has placed a large sign promoting the Main Street homes on its building facing Route 1 traffic.

The Heights at Main Street, 101 Grand Ave., features three models: the Crestwood, Mark II and Rutherford. The 158 luxury townhouses offer roof terraces, two car garages, finished lower levels and three baths. The Crestwood and Rutherford models have three bedrooms while the Mark II has either two or three bedrooms. The new construction homes start in the $500,000s.

Broker and Associate Kathleen Morin, Manager of the Century 21 Burke Realty office, said interest in the townhouses are high and the staff is energized to assist interested buyers.
