SOUTH RIVER – Garbage normally collected on Thursdays will instead be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 23, in South River, due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Garbage normally collected on Wednesdays will be still collected as normal.
The Department of Public Works and borough offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25. The recycling center will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26.
