Candlelight House tour to have extended hours

The Keyport Historical Society has extended the timeframe of its Candlelight House tour from 2-7 p.m. on Dec. 10 to enable participants to visit homes in the daylight or after dark.

With the new timeframe, participants can shop, dine and experience all Keyport has to offer either prior to or after the tour, which features over a dozen homes, churches and organizations that have festively decorated their properties inside and out.

Vintage trolley service will run along two routes during the entire tour. Tickets are available at www.keyporthistoricalsociety.com/events/ at a 10 percent discount and at various businesses in downtown Keyport.

Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the tour for $20 beginning at noon at the headquarters of the Keyport Historical Society at 34 Main St. Ticketholders can pick up tour maps and wristbands at this location as well.
