‘Sinatra and His Friends’ on tap for Dec. 10 at library

Joe Gilligan and Donnie Farraro will present their “Sinatra and His Friends” show 2:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Old Bridge Public Library, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.

The performance, which is part of the library’s free Second Saturday Concert Series, will be narrated by Gilligan and sung by Farraro as they entertain with stories about Sinatra’s life and the songs he made famous. Also featured will be tunes from Sinatra’s contemporaries including Patsy Cline, Dean Martin, Pat Boone, Dion and the Belmonts, Johnny Mathis and Perry Como. Gilligan and Farraro also will share amusing stories and interesting facts about the musical greats.

Admission is free of charge; however, audience members are asked to bring a nonperishable food donation for the Old Bridge Food Pantry.
