EDISON — The township is accepting applications from participants through Dec. 16 for Edison’s eighth annual Holiday House Decorating Contest. Judging, based on originality and creativity, will take place Dec. 20-22. Owners of the top three best homes will win gift cards to area restaurants.
Mayor Thomas Lankey and the Township Council are making a list and will be checking it twice before they award this year’s prizes for homes judged to be best-decorated for the 2016 holiday season.
Applications are available at the Stelton Community Center, 328 Plainfield Ave., the Minnie B. Veal Community Center, 1070 Grove Ave., or the Recreation Department’s main office in Edison Town Hall.
Applications may also be downloaded from www.edisonnj.org under the Township newsletter “Entertaining Edison” on the “Community Board.”
