Community candlelight service announced

The Pilgrim Baptist Church of Red Bank, 172 Shrewsbury Ave., will hold a Community Candlelight Service at 7 p.m. on Dec. 24. Doors open at 6 p.m.

The service will feature the music and dance ministries of Pilgrim. The special guest for the service will be the Second Baptist Church of Asbury Park. Pastor Semaj Vanzant will give the evening homily and the Second Baptist Church Choir will also minister in song. The evening will feature the “Lighting of the Christmas Candles” ceremony. All are welcome.
