Learn how to move at the NOFA NJ Winter Conference

The NOFA-NJ 27th annual Winter Conference will be held Jan. 28-29 at Rutgers Douglass Student Center, New Brunswick.

The Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey (NOFA-NJ) Conference features over 50 workshops given by subject-matter-experts over the course of two days. Come for a wealth of intensive learning and networking with a diverse group of individuals who share a passion for and interest in organic agriculture in New Jersey.

Learn how to Move for Fitness and Farming. Farming can be strenuous work. This hands-on workshop will cover basic movement principles and how to listen to your body and understand pain. Learn how to use yoga to balance repetitive movement and use breath and posture to increase energy and relieve stress. Dress comfortably and be ready to move. This is one of the unique and hands-on workshops featured on Sunday; don’t count on sitting at a desk, you will be up and moving.
