The South Brunswick Library will hold a free Wills, Estate Planning & Probate seminar at 2 p.m. on March 6 at the library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
Kenneth Vercammen of Edison will discuss changes to New Jersey Estate Tax and pensions, updates to the federal estate and gift tax, the new probate law and preparation of wills, power of attorney, living wills and administering the estate/probate/surrogate.
