Weichert, Realtors launches Sales Leadership Certification Program

Over 60 Weichert, Realtors sales managers took their leadership skills to a higher level by successfully completing Weichert, Realtors’ newly launched Sales Leadership Certification Program.

The program was exclusively created for the company’s sales management leaders to help them better embrace the Weichert, Realtors tools and resources that bring The Weichert Way to life in their sales offices.

The Sales Leadership Certification Program, an experiential application-centered program developed by Weichert’s industry-leading training team, is aimed at sales managers who desire to improve their skills and discover their potential. The impressive program is a four-month course series that was implemented for the first time in the fall of 2016 for Weichert’s top real estate leaders. Series topics include “Time Management and Delegation,” “Sales and Marketing,” “Leadership and Coaching” and “Understanding Your Financials.”

The sessions provided in this series gave Weichert sales managers the opportunity to learn how to apply top skills in their offices that will help sales associates develop their business and best meet the needs of customers in today’s marketplace. Emphasis was placed on ways that managers can grow their Weichert, Realtors sales office by viewing it as an individual small business.

Weichert’s Talent Development team worked closely with residential sales leadership to enhance each of the four sessions with practical preparation. By enrolling Weichert’s regional vice presidents to coach participating leaders live, they could focus on further developing their prospecting and selling skills. In addition, using exemplar sales managers from the field as inspirational teachers and providing a hard-measure follow-up application to ensure behavioral change and performance results provided a more robust experience.
