The Green Party of New Jersey will hold its annual convention and fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 8 and 9 at Maria’s Continental Cuisine, 3602 Route 35, South Amboy.
The featured panel will be Ajamu Baraka, Miko Peled and Seth Kaper-Dale discussing human rights and “The Green Road Forward.”
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available.
A separate fundraiser will be held from 5-8 p.m. April 8 at Habiby’s, 499 Ernston Road, Parlin section of Sayreville.
