This spring, the Northeast Division of K. Hovnanian Homes is inviting homebuyers to “Spring into a New Kitchen” with a special kitchen upgrade event throughout New Jersey. For a limited time this season, the builder is offering a free kitchen upgrade with the purchase of a new home at participating communities in New Jersey.

This premium kitchen upgrade is on all new contracts signed between March 19 and April 30. The kitchen incentive varies by community and homesite, so buyers are encouraged to see a sales consultant at the community of their choice for full details.

“The kitchen has really become the center of our homes in America,” said Barry McCarron, President of K. Hovnanian’s Northeast Division. “It’s where everyone tends to gather when you’re entertaining at home, and it’s kind of like the hub of a family’s day-to-day living.

“Of course, it’s also one of the most important rooms in terms of increasing a home’s value. That’s why we always encourage buyers to make their kitchen spectacular. And that’s why this spring, we’re offering kitchen upgrades with every new home purchased. It’s a great chance to get the kitchen you’ve dreamed about, at no extra cost,” McCarron said.

As one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and the largest builder in New Jersey, K. Hovnanian offers a variety of home styles in communities throughout the Garden State. There’s truly something for everyone, from townhomes to single-family homes and 55 and over active-lifestyle homes. All K. Hovnanian homes feature the finest details and finishes, including designer and gourmet kitchens that include beautifully crafted cabinetry and a variety of choices in countertops, flooring and appliances.

Participating communities in K. Hovnanian’s spring kitchen upgrade event include Four Ponds at Lincroft in Middletown; K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Harbor Bay in Little Egg Harbor; K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods in Howell; K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Monroe in Monroe; and Tanglewood Estates at Chapel Hill in Middletown.

K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons communities are intended to provide housing primarily for residents 55 years of age or older. Additional restrictions, including limitations on the ages of additional permanent and temporary residents of a home, may apply. All K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons communities shall be operated as age-restricted communities in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. Limited exceptions for residents 50 years of age or older may apply. See a community sales consultant for details.
