A commemorative tree planting and celebration in honor of Earth Day is planned from noon to 3 p.m. on April 23 at Reichler Park, behind the municipal building, 540 Ridge Rd., in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick. In case of rain, the event will be moved indoors to the Senior Center in the same complex.
Free hot dogs, soda, games and entertainment will be provided for the volunteers.
