The Sayreville 12U baseball team won the Little League District 10 tournament when it defeated Milltown, 10-6, on July 11.
Sayreville will now play in the Section 3 tournament and will meet Hamilton Township, the District 12 champion, in the opening round on July 14 at 8 p.m. The game will be held at the Hamilton Township Recreation Baseball Association’s Van Horn Park on Ferndale Avenue in Mercerville.
