Themes of Yom Kippur to be explored during mindfulness presentation in East Brunswick on Sept. 26

Mindfulness, compassion and forgiveness – the themes of Yom Kippur – will be explored by Tracy Fink at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 at Temple B’Nai Shalom, 15 Fern Road, East Brunswick.

Fink practices and speaks about components of mindfulness to a variety of professional and non-for profit organizations. She is also director of CohnReznick’s Executive Women’s Forum.

The East Brunswick Chapter of Hadassah will serve as the host to the presentation. Dessert will be provided.
